While TAYSAD (Association of Automotive Parts and Components Manufacturers) organized a great visit to Scania firm, which has turned into an important power in the sector, to develop its mutual cooperation with the firms in our country, Sami Erol, the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Aktas Holding, also personally participated in the organization.

During the visit to Scania firm, which has turned into a very important and large group like MAN following its participation in Volkswagen group and founded production and sales businesses in many countries of the world in truck and bus production, only Aktas Holding took part from our country as a suspension system manufacturer.

In the visit between the 06^th – 08^th of October, 2015, 18 firms in Turkey, which were found appropriate by Scania, were represented and the committee achieved to get very productive returns from its meeting.

“We may develop mutual cooperation”

Sami Erol, the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Aktas Holding, expressed that they are very satisfied that Aktas Holding was the only company participated Scania visit of TAYSAD from Turkey as an air suspension systems manufacturer, stated that the interviews with the firm resulted in important data for the future and that mutual relations in time.

Erol considered the extremely successful interviews and expressed: “Scania firm has turned into a very important and large group like MAN by participating in Volkswagen group. Scania founded many production and sales businesses in truck and bus manufacturing in many countries of the world. The group also established a sales-service networks in more than 100 countries and has a growing industrial structure with more than 42 thousand employment... We see Scania as a very important opportunity to further develop its cooperation with Aktas Holding and turn into a global structure in the following periods. Such cooperation shall be further developed to ensure Aktas products to be used more throughout the innovative and technologic world in the following periods.”
