Aktaş Holding, leader in Turkey and among the first three companies in the world in the air suspension bellows sector, continues making a name with organizations organized in platforms different from each other.
Aktaş Holding, lastly, took part in the 4th Information and R&D days activity, started with the purpose of establishing active study groups by sharing the academic studies conducted in the Uludağ University with all of the academic units, public, industry and private sectors.
In the organization organized in the Mete Cengiz Congress Center, Uludağ University between 11 and 13 November, Ender Akar, R&D and Engineering Manager, represented Aktaş Holding; Akar made a presentation containing the researches made by Aktaş Holding in the R&D area in the activity.
The presentation where the successful R&D researches made by Aktaş Holding until today took great attraction from the participants in the R&D days where 360 projects are presented and which was consisted of mostly projects emerged with the university – industry, university – public cooperation.
Aktaş Holding was entitled for the prize with the poster of “production and testing of the secondary suspension bellows in the rail vehicles” among 525 project posters, made debut in the R&D days activity.
Ender Akar, R&D and Engineering Manager, when taking the award from the hands of the Prof. Dr. A. Saim Kılavuz, Vice-Chancellor of Uludağ University, in the name of Aktaş Holding, conveyed the thanks to everybody who deemed them suitable for the award.

Sami Erol, chief executive officer and member of the board of directors of Aktaş Holding, stating that they feel pleased to be entitled to the prize in the activity organized by the Uludağ University said that they have the righteous pride for having the fruits of the successful researches they did until today in this way.
