Aktaş Holding, which has production facilities across the world, the products of which are sold in more than 80 countries, which houses the companies which have the widest product range in the independent spare part group in her organization, combining the global confidence with local sincerity, leader in Turkey and among in the first three companies in the world in the air suspension bellows sector, gathered the companies under the roof of Aktaş Holding as a result of re-structuring studies she had started in global scale. 

Aktaş, the foundations of which were laid in 1938 as a small rubber workshop and which today represent Turkish automotive sector in whole world with 11 companies in total, closed area of 25 thousand square meter, and a turnover over 110 million Euros, made a name for herself with the production activities she makes in Brazil, Germany, Bulgaria, China, and North America. 

Şahap Aktaş, president of the board of directors of Aktaş Holding, who made a speech in a meeting organized in Bursa and where also the opening of the new management headquarters was made, said that "As of today, Aktaş starts a rapid transformation process to be a global player. I can state the purpose of giving the name of Aktaş Holding to this transformation process as that a structure reaching 6 continents and 80 countries geographically can reach a fast growth and development and being able to establish a more suitable organization and more institutionalized structure. Now, we can show ourselves with more institionalized and more productive projects. However we will conclude them with a global confidence and local sincerity approach." 

Stating that the will rapidly continue the abroad investments they did in the recent period as Aktaş Holding, Şahap Aktaş continued his statements by saying that "The studies we do in Brazil now give fruit. We have reached a substantial market share in South America thanks to the investments we did in this region. We experience similar situations in the other countries too. We give priority to the Russian market for the next period. We target to make investment in this market too." Stating that Aktaş Holding gives a lot of value to the social responsibility projects, Şahap Aktaş said that "We realized Aktaş Education Foundation. 

Now we will continue all our social responsibility studies through this foundation. We will share the more detailed notifications related with the foundation with you in the next period." Recep Altepe, Mayor of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, participated in the meeting, said in his speech that "It is obvious that Bursa is an important production city however it is very good that, Aktaş Holding, which is a company based on Bursa, is among the leading companies of the world. Finally, Prof. Dr. Deniz Gökçe who made a speech with the subject of "Global economy and Turkey 2011 perspective, specific to Aktaş Holding" stated that the global companies like Aktaş Holding have great importance for Turkey and said "The value added created is very important for the country. More investment is made in the country with this value added. As the number of Turkish companies in global scale, we will be empowered with respect to economy too." The meeting where Deniz Gökçe made general economic evaluations ended with a part when the guests asked their questions.
